Painting Preparation

• We remove then replace switch plates, pictures, curtains/blinds and furniture
• Protect all belongings, furniture, flooring and cabinets with durable drop cloths or drape with plastic
• Patch where needed
• Caulk window and door perimeters
• Woodwork is cleaned/sanded, seams caulked where needed

Painting

• Apply quality paint to ceiling and walls using the brush and roll method to achieve proper mileage for a long lasting application
• Woodwork is painted via brush & roll application, or spray
• Meticulous walk through with customer or representative and foreman to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Leftover paint is provided and a customer record is filed for future references
